The Finance Department is located on the first floor, west side of Victoria Hall, at 55 King Street West, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays). |
At your bank |
Tax bills can be paid at any bank teller by providing the property tax roll number. To find your roll number, please see your property tax bill or call the Town of Cobourg Finance Department at 905-372-8944. |

There is a 24-hour drop box located on the west side of Victoria Hall located at 55 King Street West, Cobourg, Ontario. |
Interest at 1.25% of taxes unpaid will be added as penalty on the first day of default and the first day of each calendar month after due date.
To avoid any further interest charges payment must be received at the Municipal Office by the last working day of the month.
Please complete the Change of Address form if your tax bill should be mailed to a different address, this will ensure that you receive your tax bill on time.
Return the completed form to the Tax Department.
