Downtown Accessible Monthly Parking Permit |

Parking privileges available to persons with accessible parking permits vary from municipality to municipality. Accessible parking in Downtown Cobourg is not free. A monthly accessible parking permit, valid for on-street or in downtown municipal lots may be purchased for all those who qualify. A photo of a valid Ontario issued Accessible Permit must be uploaded/shown at the time of purchase. Accessible Downtown Parking Permit: $35/month |

The Administrative Monetary Penalty (A.M.P.) system is a fast and flexible process for payment, appeal and collection of minor by-law infractions. This approach is used by many municipalities, the province and the federal government and is designed to streamline the enforcement process and increase compliance with Town of Cobourg by-laws. Organizations providing home health care services can apply for annual parking permits for their staff providing services in client's homes. It is up to the Organizations providing the services to apply to the Town on behalf of their healthcare workers and have their organizations registered and obtain permits. What is allowed with this permit?
