All of our child and youth program registrations are done online, over the phone or in person at the CCC.
The program registration links are posted on each program page under the child and youth tab. Current program and camp registration links are also available on this page. Registrations are made on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required at time of registration before any services are provided.
Payments can be made by cash, debit, credit or cheque-payable to the Cobourg Community Centre. Please see below for more information on registering online including payments, cancellations, missed classes and more.

Registration Process |
Registrations are made on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required at time of registration before any services are provided.

HST is not included in rates and is applicable to all registration based programs, unless otherwise specified. Participants can complete registration over the phone or in person, however, a registration/waiver form must be signed before the start of your program. |
Cancellations/Refunds |
PROGRAMS A participant can withdraw from a program, up to 48 hours before the program starts and a full credit will be put on the account. Should the participant request a refund, a $10 administration fee will be charged and classes will be prorated (where applicable). NO REFUNDS will be offered after the 3rd class in any program, no exceptions.
CAMPS In order to receive a FULL REFUND, a participant must withdraw from their camp 10 business days prior to their start date.
Cancellations made with less than 10 business days notice, will receive a full credit on your account.
If you call on the Friday before the start of your upcoming Camp you do not receive a refund or a credit.
Sick Days and/or Cancellations made within the current week of your child's camp are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Program Cancellations (Minimum registrations) |
Programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration. Should this situation occur, a full refund will be issued. In the event that the CCC Staff must cancel a class, every effort will be made to have the class re-scheduled. |
Missed Classes |
In the event that the participant is unable to attend a class, the CCC regrets that make up classes will not be offered. |
Fee Assistance/Subsidy |
The Town of Cobourg reserves the right to adjust charges/fees for program costs in order to assist community members with the opportunity to participate. Families/persons that qualify for this assistance will be notified at time of registration, and may have to apply for future assistance for additional programs. |
Photos |
All program participants are required to complete a registration/waiver form at time of registration. This form also contains a media box that must be checked the program begins, in order to allow or not all {your} picture to be taken and used for Town of Cobourg media materials. |
