Providing quality customer service to our residents, businesses and visitors is what matters the most to us. The Town of Cobourg's online 'Report It' tool will allow you to report, access and provide feedback on our customer service at any point in time.

Our front-line staff are available to:
- Provide information on City services and programs
- Respond to questions or concerns
- Record requests for service, compliments and complaints
- Receive your feedback
- Accept payments and program registrations and issue permits
- If you have a request that we can't respond to, we'll find the person who can.

Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
