Cobourg, ON (January 24, 2025) – The Town of Cobourg Community Services Division is pleased to announce that reservations for the 2025 season at the Victoria Park Campground will open on Monday, February 3, at 9 a.m.

Full payment for each reservation is required at the time of booking. Bookings are available online or over the phone.

To ensure fair access to the campground:

• A maximum of seven days can be reserved at one time.
• Additional dates may be booked throughout the summer but must be made as separate transactions.
• Up to four bookings can be added to the digital shopping cart at one time (e.g., four consecutive seven-day bookings or four separate camping sites).

How to Book Your Victoria Park Campground Stay
You may choose to book your stay over the phone or using our online booking system.

Phone Bookings
As of February 3, staff are available to take reservations by phone Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 905-373-7321. To process your reservation, you will need to provide your credit card number. Please note that credit card information is not stored.

Online Bookings
To book online, visit https://campground.cobourg.ca/vpc/. If you do not already have an account, you must create one using your email address and a password. Once you have an account, follow these steps:

1. Make a Reservation: Log in and select “Make a Reservation” from the main menu.
2. Select Your Dates: Confirm your desired arrival and departure dates, then click “Check Availability.”
3. Choose Your Site: Use the interactive digital map to pick your campsite:

• • Green: Available.
  • Yellow: Pending (currently in another user’s cart).
  • Red: Unavailable.
  • Click on your selected site, then click “Add to Cart.” 

4. Checkout: Visit your cart to complete your booking. Enter your payment details, then click “Pay.” After payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
5. Time Limit: You will have 15 minutes to finalize your booking. If the time expires, items in your cart will be released.

New Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to the booking contract will be applicable to the following:

• Cancellation Deadline: Notify the campground office by phone before 4 p.m., at least seven days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative cancellation fee and the booking fee.
• Within 7 Days: Cancellations made less than seven days but more than 24 hours before arrival will result in one night's stay being charged, plus the $20 administrative fee.
• 24 Hours or Less: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
• You can make changes to your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival with no additional fees, subject to availability.
