Wendy Curtis Executive Director, Northumberland CFDC
A graduate of Queen’s University Bachelor of Commerce Honours program, Wendy lived for several years abroad in Mexico City where she served as Vice Chair of the Newcomers of Mexico, developing programs to assist 1,000+ members. She has served on several local and regional boards in Chairman and Director positions and is currently a Director of the Eastern Ontario CFDC Network Inc. Wendy is a multiple recipient of the Town of Cobourg’s Civic Awards and was named Northumberland Publishers’ Business Woman of the Year (2007). Wendy’s past career experience includes progressive management positions in the Consumer Products industry including as Director of Trade Marketing, Pillsbury Canada Limited.

Tracey Vaughan Chief Administrative Officer, Town of Cobourg
Tracey brings with her a transformational leadership style, combined with nearly two decades of senior management experience within the municipal and public sectors. she has implemented several key strategic plans with extensive leadership experience in the areas of economic development, community development and relationship building. Tracey is passionate about building community and fostering an innovative work culture. Tracey currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer with the Town of Cobourg.

Paul VandeGraaf Chief, Cobourg Police Service
Paul VandeGraaf was appointed as the 13th Chief of Police of the Cobourg Police Service on August 15, 2019 by the Cobourg Police Services Board. Paul currently serves as the Vice Chair of the National Joint Committee Of Senior Criminal Justice Officials and a Board Member for the Ontario Police Technology Information Cooperative (OPTIC).
Paul has always been and continues to be a strong believer of community volunteerism. Paul’s previous volunteer efforts have been with minor hockey in roles including Vice-President, Victim Services and others. Paul has been an active Rotarian, and served as Club President in Belleville in 2013-2014 being recognized with a Presidential Citation with Distinction and being awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship. Currently Paul is honoured to be a member of the YMCA Northumberland Board of Directors and Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre. In September 2016, Paul was invested as a Member of the Order of Merit of the Police Forces by his Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston.
