The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg would like to inform residents that the Town has received complete applications for amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law No. 066-2025 by The Planning Partnership on behalf of Highland Hills (Cobourg) Inc. under Sections 22, subsection 17 (15), and Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended.
