How to Make a Reservation Online

1. Create an Account if you do not already have one:
• Sign up with your email address and password.
2. Make a Reservation:
• Log in and select “Make a Reservation” from the main menu.
3. Select Your Dates:
• Confirm your desired arrival and departure dates, then click “Check Availability.”
4. Choose Your Site:
• Use the interactive digital map to pick your campsite:
• Green: Available.
• Yellow: Pending (currently in another user’s cart).
• Red: Unavailable.
• Click on your selected site, then click “Add to Cart.”
5. Checkout:
• Visit your cart to complete your booking. Input your payment details, then click “Pay.”
• After payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
6. Time Limit:
• You will have 15 minutes to finalize your booking. If the time expires, items in your cart will be released.

To ensure fair access to the campground, a maximum of seven days can be reserved at one time. Additional dates can be booked throughout the summer, however, must be reserved through separate transactions. A total of four bookings can be added to the digital shopping cart. (e.g. Four consecutive seven day bookings, or four separate camping sites).

Check in is 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. for ALL sites.

There is a reservation fee of $14.80 including tax for each booking, which is non-refundable but will be held on account if a reservation is modified.

Amenities

The Victoria Park Campground offers a variety of convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

• Washroom and showers for added convenience and comfort.
• Coin operated laundry facilities.
• Dumping station for waste disposal.
• Electric and water hookups available at all transient trailer sites with electric and water, with some sites also including sewer connections.
• Ice and fire wood available for purchase at the campground office. 
• Designated dryland tenting area (one tent per site) for those seeking a more rustic camping experience.

We're conveniently located at 138 Division Street in Cobourg, right by the waterfront.

One of our standout features is our proximity to Downtown Cobourg, just a short stroll away. There you can enjoy charming boutique shops, enjoy local cafes, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the town. 

For those who love to explore, take a walk along the Heritage Boardwalk and enjoy scenic views as it stretches along the beach and waterfront.

Rates for 2025

Updated Cancellation Policy (Effective January 1, 2025)

Starting January 1, 2025, Victoria Park Campground will implement a new cancellation policy. Please review the details below to understand how cancellations and changes to your reservation will be handled.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your reservation, contact the campground office directly by phone before the specified deadlines below. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

RV & Tent Sites:

• Cancellation Deadline: Notify the campground office by 4 p.m., at least seven days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative cancellation fee and the booking fee.
• Within 7 Days: Cancellations made less than seven days but more than 24 hours before arrival will result in one night's stay being charged, plus the $20 administrative fee.
• 24 Hours or Less: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Reservation Changes:

• You can make changes to your reservation up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival with no additional fees, subject to availability.

Additional Terms:

• Reservations made after the cancellation deadlines will require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the stated deadlines will forfeit the full deposit.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early checkouts, or due to natural discomforts (e.g., weather conditions).
• Refunds will not be issued on or after the scheduled arrival date.
• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method; no exceptions will be made.
• The cancellation policy may be adjusted in cases of regional or national travel disruptions.
